Orders are shipped using Canada Post. Non-Tracking available in Ontario. For non-tracked items, we are not responsible for items not received due to shipping errors or damaged in transit. Shipping cost is determined by Canada Post Rates at time of delivery and are based on the weight of your products and your location.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

How To Get it fixed
Please email a picture of the item and a description of the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org to request repairs. (please note, we do not cover shipping)
